How to Wash Your Mask

The SkiBonez Mask keeps you warm and dry, but you still might want to wash it once in awhile. The exterior fabric is washing machine safe, but we recommend removing the interior skeleton before tossing it in.

Here's how:

Remove the four button snaps around the skeleton. There will be two snaps over the nose and two flaps along your cheeks.

Separate the skeleton from the exterior before you toss the exterior in the wash. Machine wash cold, and do not bleach, iron, or dry.

After the exterior dries, align the center two button snaps so that they hook through the holes on the skeleton just above the nose.

Snap the remaining two snaps by pulling the flaps through the right- and left-most holes in the skeleton.

Can I clean the skeleton?

Absolutely, but we recommend only washing it by hand, using a mild detergent and a wet cloth.
